Order online with our secure checkout form. When ordering online, you can use Paypal or your credit card.

Payment Terms
We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
We authorize and charge credit cards when orders are placed. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, & PayPal. You may also pay with a Money order, ACH, Wire, or Cashier’s Check but please call 1-888-959-2678 to place that order.
All prices displayed are in United States dollars (USD).
Tax-Exempt Order
If you are tax-exempt, please select the tax-exempt check box, and email your tax-exemption certificate to sales@ktparts.com. Please note, your tax-exempt order will be processed after your paperwork has been reviewed and approved. All website sales will be taxable unless we are notified and provided with your tax exemption forms to sales@ktparts.com
Shipping Charges
Our fast, friendly shipping department normally ships most orders within 24-48 hours. Orders received before 1pm CST are shipped same day.
International Shipping is available with smaller shipments going by USPS. For larger shipments, we can provide competitive freight quotes. Please use our contact us form to inquire about international shipping rates. Tracking information is available at shipping, if email address is provided.
Returns and Damaged Freight
No returns after 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please call for authorization before returning any merchandise. Items must be in new condition. Unless Kenosha Truck Parts is at fault, shipping charges are non-refundable and Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please ship product back to Kenosha Truck Parts via best way. Be sure to insure your package and keep your tracking information as Kenosha Truck Parts is not responsible for lost packages sent by the buyer for return. Special orders and drop ship products are non-returnable.
